Prior to Installation

Important Installation Requirements

 

To ensure a safe and efficient installation process, please note the following requirements:

 

- Installation may take up to a full day, and access to the garage will be restricted to establish a safe working area.

 

- Our professional installers require a clear work area equivalent to the depth of your garage area as the door is wide (e.g., 4m deep for a 3m wide door).

 

- It is the owner's responsibility to provide a safe and clutter-free work area. Additional charges of $150 per hour plus GST will apply if our technicians need to move owner or builder items.

 

- Any additional requirements, such as specialized fixings or removal of obstructions (e.g., tree roots, rock, or pipes), will incur extra charges.

 

- The owner is responsible for marking all services (pipes, electrical, etc.), and any damage during digging or drilling will be at the owner's expense to repair.

 

- A 240V power point must be provided within 1m of the proposed garage door or driveway gate motor. Double swing gates require 240V to one gate and 12V to the second gate.

 

- Delays in installation caused by the owner or builder may incur additional storage and handling charges.
