With an incredible 14 years of service to our company, Sam has built a reputation for technical expertise and attention to detail. He's the go-to expert for all things garage doors, overseeing installations with precision and care. When he's not working, Sam loves to travel and explore new places, and he's recently celebrated a major milestone - getting engaged! We're lucky to have Sam on board, bringing his wealth of knowledge and experience to every project

Meet Darren, our Installation Manager for Gates and the silver fox of our team. With a wealth of experience in welding and automation, Darren is the expert you want working on your gates. He's a master of his craft, bringing precision and attention to detail to every project. When it comes to installing and automating gates, Darren's the man with the plan. And, let's be honest, his distinguished grey beard just adds to his credentials!

Meet Clancy, our Chief Measurer and Lead Service Technician. With nearly 4 years under his belt at Custom, Clancy brings a unique perspective to the table. Having started out building our garage doors, he's developed an intimate understanding of what makes them tick. Now, he uses that expertise to ensure every measurement is spot on and every customer gets the perfect fit. Clancy's not just a whiz with numbers and doors - he's also one of the friendliest blokes you'll ever meet. Don't be intimidated by his height; he's a gentle giant with a heart of gold!

Meet Alysia, the heartbeat of our Gates Department and the friendly voice on the other end of the phone. Working remotely, Alysia expertly manages our gates team and ensures seamless communication with our customers. When she's not keeping our business running smoothly, Alysia loves spending time in nature and spoiling her fur babies. But what really sets Alysia apart is her dedication to the community - she's a passionate volunteer with the SES, always ready to lend a helping hand. We're lucky to have Alysia on our team, bringing her exceptional organisational skills and compassionate spirit to everything she does.

Meet Emily, the bright smile that greets you at our Mona Vale office! As our receptionist extraordinaire, Emily's warmth and positivity are contagious. She's a master of juggling phones, admin tasks, and scheduling jobs with ease, keeping our garage door operations running like clockwork. When she's not working, Emily loves to connect with nature, enjoying camping and outdoor adventures on the weekends. With a wisdom and maturity that belies her years, Emily is a treasured member of our team, and we're grateful to have her!

Outside of work, he's an avid motorbike enthusiast. But what really stands out about Nathan is his top-notch attitude and friendly nature - he's a great bloke to have on the team!

Before any doors or gates are crafted, Jordan meticulously designs and draws out the exact specifications, ensuring every detail is just right. Outside of work, Jordan loves whipping up a storm in the kitchen and is a devoted mum to two adorable little ones. And let's not forget her legendary baked goods - we're always excited when she brings in treats to share, and her birthday cakes are always a highlight!

Meet Jaz, our longest-serving team member (apart from Sam!) and industry authority! With years of experience under her belt, Jaz has developed an unparalleled expertise in crafting bespoke quotes that precisely match our customers' needs. Currently based in England, she brings a global perspective to our team, combined with an in-depth understanding of the garage door and driveway gate industry. When she's not delivering exceptional results, Jaz loves to travel and hit the slopes on her snowboard. With experiences living in Japan and exploring Europe, Jaz is a highly skilled and dedicated professional who consistently delivers top-notch solutions

Meet Julia, our behind-the-scenes powerhouse! From HR and legal to website design and e-commerce launches, Julia's expertise knows no bounds. Working closely with Chris, she keeps the business running smoothly, tackling everything that doesn't fit neatly into another role. Outside of work, Julia's a busy mum to three adorable babies, juggling school activities and family life with ease. She's the glue that holds things together, and we're grateful to have her on our team!

As a local Narrabeen resident, Christian's a valuable part of our team, keeping our operations running smoothly. We wouldn't be able to function without him - and that's no joke!

While he's busy navigating Sydney's streets, he's soaking up the Aussie lifestyle and enjoying our beautiful country. We're stoked to have him on board, even if it's just for a day a week!
