We will have your goods ready within 1 business day from the time of purchase. If you are in a rush, give our friendly team a call on (02) 9000 1336 and they can see if we are able to process it earlier.
We are based in Mona Vale on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Whilst our primary locations are the Northern Beaches, Upper and Lower North Shore, we also service Greater Sydney including the Eastern Suburbs, North West, Inner West and Parramatta. For those further afield, we can still help, however travel charges may apply.
We sure do! Accidents happen (more often than you think!) and we can help guide you through the process of claiming through your insurer and can provide the relevant paperwork you need.

Our new doors and gate come with a comprehensive 2 year warranty covering parts and labour. We will extend this to 5 years if you service yearly with us.
Our hardware sales come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty but do not include remotes, batteries or the light in your motor.

We understand many of you are long term clients of Chris and sometimes you just want to talk to him. As he is so often on site and unable to answer his phone, the best course of action is to leave a message with one of our friendly Admin team and if they cannot help you they will get him to give you a call back as soon as he is able.
